Katherine Peck, TWH Therapy LLC

Katherine earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College. During her three years at Agape Therapy Institute, she developed a deep appreciation for the transformative power of therapy while refining her clinical skills and therapeutic approach under experienced mentorship. This foundation allowed her to cultivate a style that is both compassionate and intentional, balancing warmth with gentle guidance.

Katherine works with adults (18+) navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. She believes meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration. Her approach blends insight-oriented work with practical skills, helping clients better understand themselves, respond to life's challenges with greater intention, and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves.

Clients often describe Katherine as approachable, thoughtful, and encouraging. She strives to create a space where people feel genuinely seen, accepted, and safe enough to explore their inner world without judgment. Rather than believing therapy is only about eliminating discomfort or feeling better, Katherine believes it is also about learning to make room for life's inevitable challenges while building confidence in your ability to navigate them. Together, she and her clients work toward greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and a deeper trust in themselves to face whatever life may bring with resilience, courage, and self-compassion.
